Town Hall
Westminster, MA
DiMarinisi & Wolfe provided the Town of Westminster with a feasibility study and preliminary design for a new Town Hall. D&W's services included programming, evaluation of potential sites, schematic design, construction cost and project budget estimates, and preparation of a Feasibility Study Report. The D&W study recommended that the new Town Hall be built on an existing Town-owned site across a small street from the existing Westminster Public Safety Building.
The D&W design was for a two-story 'L'-shaped brick masonry building with a 9/12 pitched roof providing attic space usable for storage or future office expansion. The 'L' shape both fits the building to a tight site and forms a new municipal space defined by the new Town Hall and the Public Safety Building.
The Town Hall is completed and has been occupied since February 2007.
